How Can I Keep Track of NYRI's Article VII Application?

New York Regional Interconnect, Inc. has filed an application for its 200-mile-long, 400-kilovolt electric transmission line with the New York State Public Service Commission, (PSC).

You can request that your name and addresses be included on a project "service list" maintained by the "Department of Public Service".

Send a written request to the Secretary to the Commission and ask to be placed on the service list for NYRI's Case number 06-T-0650 and you will receive copies of orders, notices and rulings in the case.

Applications, testimony and hearing transcripts regarding NYRI's Article VII case can be inspected and copied at the following location:

New York State
Department of Public Service
Central Files Unit
14th Floor
3 Empire State Plaza
Albany, NY 12223-1350
